Day 2 Wii Fit Workout Routine

So I have finished my workout for day 2 of the wii fit routines. Woo Hoo! I feel awesome! It does me good to get up and get moving first thing in the morning. I am usually dragging during the day! Here is the routine that I followed today:


Stretch
Fit Credits
Single Leg Extension
3 minutes

3 minutes


Warm-up
Fit Credits
Torso Twists (Torso & Waist Twists)
2 minutes
Sun Salutation
2 minutes
Spinal Twist (Crocodile Twist)
2 minutes
Total
6 minutes


Exercise
Fit Credits
Free Run / Jog (10 min)
10 minutes
Balance Game of your Choice
2 minutes
Island Run / Jog (1 or 2 Player)
5 minutes
Balance Game of your Choice
2 minutes
Total
19 minutes




Cool Down
Fit Credits
Super Hula Hoop
3 minutes
Torso Twists (Torso & Waist Twists)
2 minutes
Total
5 minutes


Full Routine
33 minutes


As you can see the routine says 33 minutes, well, I actually went 35 minutes. LOL, I got a little carried away with trying to beat my score on the bubble balance game. This really doesn't feel like a work out at all! It is so fun!
